Sans Wine Co., founded by Gina Schober and Jake Stover, focuses on premium, single vineyard wines packaged in 375ml and 250ml cans and bottles. Sourcing from old vine, organic vineyards in Mendocino, Lake and Napa Counties, SANS wines are produced in a natural style, have lower alcohol and reflect the sites they are grown on.
All wines are aged in stainless steel, have no added sulfites and are finished unfined and unfiltered. Reds are made with a carbonic fermentation.
