Our great grandfather Angelo Puccioni emigrated from Italy in 1889 and began to grown Zinfandel on our
Dry Creek Valley vineyard in 1904. Early on we plowed the vineyard with mules. Prince, our last mule,
would always quit work at 6pm and head for home – No Matter What!
