Gina Schober

Gina cut her teeth in hospitality and worked as a sommelier and wine buyer for 8 years at some of the most prestigious restaurant groups in the country, Bacchus Management and Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. In 2022, after 10 years of selling wine in the Napa Valley for Vinifera Wine Marketing, Gina purchased Vinifera, in order to expand California’s wholesale footprint for the domestic and international wines represented in the portfolio. Gina is also the founder of SANS, the first and only USDA certified organic producer of canned wine and wine spritzers.

With more than 20 years of experience working in all aspects of the wine and hospitality industries, Gina brings a distinctive understanding to the unique demands of being a buyer and creating a beverage program that is exciting and dynamic, while maintaining proper costs and increasing revenue.
